PAYMENTS: A Minimum $500.00 Confirmation Deposit is Required by August 01, 2021. Space is Limited
A Minimum Second Deposit of $500.00 Will Be Due No Later Than December 01, 2021
A Minimum Additional Deposit of $500.00 Will Be Due No Later Than April 1, 2022
YOUR BALANCE: Will Be Due No Later Than July 05, 2022 (With the name of your roommate)
GALLARY:
CANCELLATION: A $100.00 penalty will apply to all cancellations. A $250.00 penalty will be assessed for all cancellations after December 01, 2021. A 50% penalty will be assessed for cancellations after July 15, 2022.
A full cancellation penalty will apply if canceled after September 03, 2022. Name changes/replacements will be accepted until September 15, 2022 to avoid cancellation penalties – A $100.00 administrative fee will apply.
CONDITIONS: Once confirmed with your confirmation deposit, your rates are guaranteed except for cost increases due to government taxes, airline tax and airline fuel surcharges. Changes to airline flight schedules could alter your tour itinerary. Your travel documents and a full itinerary will be made available approximately 30 days prior to departure. Add-on fares are available from other cities.
