Payment Schedule:
PAYMENTS: A Minimum $800.00 Deposit is Required to Confirm. Space is Limited.
A Minimum Second Deposit of $500.00 Will Be Due No Later Than December 06, 2021. A Minimum Additional Deposit of $1,000.00 Will Be Due No Later Than April 06, 2022.
YOUR BALANCE: Will Be Due No Later Than July 05, 2022 (With the name of your roommate)
GALLARY:
CANCELLATION: A $100.00 penalty will apply to all cancellations. A $250.00 penalty will be assessed for all cancellations after January 10, 2022. A 50% penalty will be assessed for cancellations after July 5, 2022. A 75% penalty will apply for cancellations after August 25, 2022. A full cancellation penalty will apply if canceled after September 05, 2022. Name changes/replacements will be accepted until September 10, 2022 to avoid cancellation penalties. A $50.00 administrative fee will apply.
CONDITIONS: Once confirmed with your $800 deposit, your rates will be guaranteed except for cost increases due to government taxes, airline tax and airline fuel surcharges. Your travel documents and a full itinerary will be made available approximately 30 days prior to departure.
